Hello band parents! Our first Double Good fundraiser of the year runs from August 27th through August 31st. For those who don’t know, Double Good is award-winning popcorn and students earn 50% of every sale. You set up an online store, send the link to your family and friends, they choose what they would like and their popcorn is shipped directly to them.

It’s an easy way to raise money for our field trips to Six Flags and the Cardinals game next year.

Attention all parents of a fabulous band student or students !!! Please mark your calendars for our next Band Booster meeting, August 31, 2026 at 7pm in the Middle School Library. We would love to meet you and discuss our upcoming events for the new school year. This meeting is especially helpful if you are a new parent to the band program or to the school. We are happy to answer your questions and show you what we do to support your children in our wonderful band program led by Mrs. Tessereau.

Part 3: What a fun day at Shock City Studios. The Wolf Branch 8th Grade Rock Band wrapped up their recordings with Allan (our sound engineer) and sounded incredible. We are so proud of all their hard work and can’t wait to hear the final results!

PART 2: Things are in full swing at Shock City Studios. Students are working hard, supporting each other, and bringing their music to life in a whole new way. It’s been amazing to watch their confidence grow with every take. We learned that many studio recordings are layered. Our vocalists and guitar player are re-recording to add layers to the song. This allows their parts sound more full. We can’t wait for the final product!

PART 1: The Wolf Branch 8th Grade Rock Band is spending the day at Shock City Studios and feeling like rock stars. They are recording some of their favorite pieces from their last 5 years in Rock Band. We can’t wait to share what they create. Stay tuned!
