We have an exciting announcemnt! As we head into the summer months, we wanted to share an opportunity that can make a real difference for your child heading into the next season.
We’re offering a Summer Strength & Conditioning Program for athletes entering 6th grade and older. This program is led by a professional strength and conditioning coach and is designed to help kids safely and effectively improve their speed, strength, agility, and overall athletic performance.
This isn’t just for football players. It’s a well-rounded program that benefits any athlete, regardless of sport. Whether your child plays football, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, or is just looking to become more active and confident, this training provides a strong foundation that carries over to all sports.

Registration is available through the link below. Families can choose to sign up for the full program or register for individual sessions as needed. Please note that once a session reaches capacity, it will be closed to ensure we maintain a strong coach-to-athlete ratio and deliver the highest quality training experience.
