Sumter Ballroom Dance Club

Sumter Ballroom Dance Club We meet at 7 pm Wednesday evenings at Sumter PARD. 155 Haynsworth Street, Sumter, SC. We dance for fun in a social setting. Experience not required. Come dance!

We meet each week to promote and learn ballroom dance. We concentrate on one style of ballroom dance for 6 - 8 weeks. Lesson and practice time each week. Styles include Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, EC Swing, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Bolero, Salsa, Samba, WC Swing, Shag and a few line dances for fun! No partner necessary.

The theme at All Star Ballroom Dance Camp was Music in Motion . We dressed our part. Also our New Mexico and Chattanooga friends dressed for the theme. We gathered together and did a little Chattanooga choo choo dance step in front of the judges It worked and the judges voted our group first place for dressing in theme attire.
