A quick SUP Talk with a few updates on Operation Antifragile, our partnership with QRFup, and how we’re working together to build a true wraparound service for tactical professionals.

The page has some new followers recently, so welcome—I’m glad you’re here. I’m not really much of an influencer. I’m just Matt. I use social media to reach people, build connections, and try to get ahead of the problems tactical professionals face before they reach a crisis.

I started Operation Antifragile because I identified a major gap in care for Veterans and First Responders...and I’ve personally fallen into that gap more than once.

I had to navigate my own way out, and now I’m trying to help others do the same. Through coaching, education, retreats, care packages, and a growing network of trusted resources, our goal is to help people build stronger bodies, healthier brains, and greater resilience before, during, and after a crisis.

There’s a lot of negativity on social media, but there’s also plenty of good—it can just be harder to find sometimes. My goal is for Operation Antifragile to always be a positive light for others and a place where people can find support, resources, and hope.

Help Us Get Kristina & Her Daughter Into a Safe Home

Operation Antifragile has launched a fundraising campaign to help our partners at QRFup reach their $10,000 goal for Kristina, a U.S. Air Force veteran and mother who urgently needs safe, ADA-accessible housing.

Kristina served our country as an Air Force medical technician, caring for others. Today, she is a quadriplegic, deaf, and rapidly losing the remainder of her vision. Her teenage daughter is not only navigating high school, but also helping serve as her mother's primary caregiver.

Right now, Kristina and her daughter are homeless and searching for an ADA-accessible home near Phoenix, Arizona.

Because of ongoing administrative issues surrounding Kristina's military injury and disability determination, there are critical gaps in the assistance currently available to her.

QRFup, Operation Antifragile, SSVF(Supportive Services for Veteran Families), and other veteran-support resources are working to help stabilize their situation—but immediate funding is still needed.

The goal is $10,000 to help cover accessible housing and move-in expenses, food, and essential medical supplies.

$4,500 has already been raised. We only have $5,500 left to go.
This is exactly why organizations like ours exist. Sometimes the system moves slowly, but the need in front of us doesn't.

If you can donate, every dollar helps. If you can't donate, please share this post. Getting Kristina's story in front of the right person can be just as important.

She served our country. Now it's our turn to show up for her and her daughter.

Donate to help Kristina here: https://giving.gofundme.com/campaign/837822/donate

Please donate. Please share. Let's close this $5,500 gap.

A huge thank-you to Cottage Cuttings for supporting Operation Antifragile and giving us a place to set up one of our donation boxes!

Support like this helps us continue providing coaching, tools, care packages, community, and other resources for veterans, first responders, tactical professionals, and adaptive athletes.

If you own or manage a local business and would be willing to display an Operation Antifragile donation box, send me a message and I’ll get one to you. Every donation—and every business willing to help us spread the mission—makes a difference.

BIG NEWS FOR OPERATION ANTIFRAGILE!

We’re excited to announce that Operation Antifragile is moving into a facility through a new partnership with Community Christian School in Orange, Texas.

This is a major step forward for our 501(c)(3) nonprofit and our mission to provide strength and conditioning, brain-health support, mobility and balance training, recovery tools, coaching, education and community.

The facility will allow us to better serve veterans, first responders, tactical professionals, adaptive athletes, and members of our local community.

Through Operation Antifragile, qualifying veterans, first responders, and tactical professionals may receive discounted or fully covered training. Individuals and businesses will also have the opportunity to sponsor a veteran or first responder.

Because the facility is located on a school campus, everyone training with us must complete and pass a background check. The cost is only $10.

If you’re interested in training, applying for assistance, sponsoring someone, volunteering, partnering with us, or supporting the mission, please complete the inquiry form here (you can also send DM and I will send over the link): https://forms.gle/2C24SQmhdAxTP9Hg6

Operation Antifragile is designed to provide wraparound support—helping people build strength and resilience before a crisis, supporting them while they’re going through one, and walking alongside them as they recover and rebuild afterward.

We’re still building, still growing, and doing everything we can to close the gaps that too many people are falling through.

Built by those who served, for those who served.

This is only the beginning.

Smooth. Strong. Slightly nutty.

Calm under fire. Focus in the fog. Fuel for whatever the day throws at you.

But the best part? Every bag supports Operation Antifragile and our mission to help veterans and first responders build stronger bodies, healthier brains, and greater resilience.

Drink good coffee.
Support a damn good mission.
