🚫 Did you know gas-powered leaf blowers are ILLEGAL in Studio City? 🍂
It’s not just a rule—it’s about our health and the environment! The California Air Resources Board dropped some eye-opening stats that might surprise you:
• 1 hour of gas leaf blower use = Smog-forming pollution of driving a car 1,100 miles (that’s LA to Denver! 🚗💨)
• 1 hour of commercial lawn mower use = Smog-forming pollution of driving a car 300 miles (LA to Vegas! 🏎️💨)
⚖️ Know the Law & Avoid Fines
Beyond the heavy pollution, using gas blowers within 500 feet of homes violates LA Municipal Code 112.04(c). Both property owners and gardeners can face steep fines! đź’¸
⚡ Make the Switch to Electric Today!
Going green is easier and more affordable than you think:
• Powerful, quieter electric blowers (including the charger, battery, and tax) cost under $200.
• Pro-Tip: Many neighbors purchase an electric blower to keep on-site specifically for their gardener to use!
Let’s clean the air, protect our peace and quiet, and avoid those costly fines. 🙌♻️
