The Youngstown Hustle 11U faced some tough teams during our first tournament this past weekend, and while the results didn’t go our way, this group never stopped competing.

We made great plays, hit the ball and pitched great- there were moments where everything started to click.

We’re learning, we’re adjusting, and we’re getting better every time we take the field.

Youngstown Hustle 12U kicked off our first tournament of the season this past weekend! 💪🥎

We went 1-3 in pool play, highlighted by a strong 6-2 win over ROC Lady Warhawks. One of those losses was a tough 0-2 battle against the tournament’s #1 seeded Sluggers—our girls competed every inning and showed they can hang with top teams.

On Sunday, the Hustle bounced back and advanced to the second round of bracket play with a gritty 2-1 win over Thunder Strikes.

A new season is here, and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce this incredible group of athletes! These girls have already been putting in the work, showing dedication, grit, and a love for the game that makes us proud to wear “Hustle” across our jerseys.

From winter workouts to team bonding and everything in between, this group is ready to compete, grow, and represent Youngstown with heart all season long. 💪

We can’t wait to see what these teams accomplish on and off the field — big plays, loud dugouts, and memories that will last far beyond this season.
