No ride is worth losing a landowner's trust.

Spinning wheels on soggy soil don't just make a mess- they cause permanent ruts in trails and the future of ATV riding in Maine. One irresponsible mud run could end access to a trail for good. Practice patience so all riders can hit the dirt this summer and for years to come.

Landowners and clubs who maintain trails have the final say on opening dates. Stay tuned for their official green light to ride by May or early June.
