Perinatal nurses don't grow in isolation-- they grow through community!

The Oregon AWHONN New to Specialty Mentorship Program was created to support nurses during their first five years in specialty practice by connecting them with experienced mentors and a statewide community of peers. Throughout this 12-month program, participants will join a small cohort of other nurses, receive guidance from dedicated mentors, and earn CEUs at a monthly meeting while exploring topics such as trauma-informed care, documentation, burnout, and more.

If you're looking for connection, encouragement, and support as you continue to grow in perinatal nursing, we'd love to have you join us!
