✅Fill out enrollment + code of conduct forms (signed by student & guardian). Pick up/drop off Mon–Thurs 9–4 or during Elevate hours.

Afterschool Program Assistant
ROE 47 Afterschool Program
Housed at Sterling Township's Elevate Youth Center
The ROE 47 Office of Professional Learning & Educational Services is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and caring individual to serve as an Afterschool Program Assistant for the ROE 47 Afterschool Program located at Sterling Township's Elevate Youth Center.
About the Position:
The ROE 47 Afterschool Program serves middle school students from Challand Middle School and the Rock Falls Elementary School District, providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students receive homework assistance, participate in enrichment opportunities, and develop the academic, social, and life skills needed for success.
Afterschool Program Assistants work directly with students to create meaningful learning experiences while fostering positive youth development and a strong sense of belonging. Staff support students through academic assistance, enrichment programming, recreation, leadership development, and social-emotional learning in a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include supervising students, providing homework support, leading engaging activities, preparing materials, assisting with daily program operations, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and collaborating with program staff to deliver high-quality afterschool experiences.
