Aid Afghanistan for Education

Aid Afghanistan for Education Educating street-working kids and girls who are banned from education AAFE also provides food items to the students' families every month.

Afghanistan's education system was severely disrupted by the Taliban takeover in August 2022. AAE had to close the most successful accelerated education program that reached over 7000 female students across the country, in the past 20 years. AAE has now relocated to the US and rebranded itself as AAFE, Aid Afghanistan For Education. AAFE is helping the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children in

Afghanistan, who are forced to work on the streets to support their families. AAFE works with teachers from different private schools to identify these children and arrange meetings with their families. The goal is to break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy in Afghanistan, which has one of the highest illiteracy rates in the world. Under the current regime, girls and women are denied access to education beyond sixth grade and are barred from attending university. AAFE is setting up online classes to help this sector of society and to ensure that every girl/woman receives an education and can realize their potential.

Learning should feel like this. ✨

Curious.

Confident.

Excited to participate.

In our classrooms, students are encouraged not only to learn, but to enjoy learning.

And sometimes, the best learning happens when a child is smiling. ✨

A place where learning feels safe can change everything. ❤️

It gives a student the freedom to speak, try, and keep going without fear.

Week after week, our students show up with courage, curiosity, and a real desire to grow.

And with your support, they can continue learning online.
Let’s keep the doors of possibility open. ✨

Childhood shouldn’t be a job.

Every child deserves education, protection and the chance to thrive.

This World Day Against Child Labour, help more children trade long days of work for a seat in a classroom through our From the Streets to Classrooms program. 📚

Because children belong in classrooms, not at work.

For these girls, logging into class each week is more than part of a routine. It is a decision to keep learning, keep showing up, and keep investing in their future despite the obstacles in their way.

Their determination continues to inspire us every day. ✨

Learning is better together.

A room full of questions, teamwork, and small moments of discovery.

Here, students are not only learning lessons—they are learning how to think, create, and grow alongside one another. ✨

They used to hesitate before speaking.

Now they volunteer to present in front of the whole class. ✨

Every week, they practice, make mistakes, help one another, and try again.

And little by little, you can hear the difference—not just in their English, but in the way they carry themselves.

These smiles carry stories most people never see.

Before coming to school, these children spent their days working instead of learning. Today, they are in fourth grade—learning, laughing, writing, and growing alongside their classmates.

For them, every day in the classroom matters.

Because school is more than education—it is the chance to experience childhood the way it should be. ✨

Support their journey. Help a child stay in school.

A girl with education carries a community forward.
Not someday. Today.
Right now—through a laptop, a notebook, and a spark of curiosity in her own home, she is learning, dreaming, and discovering what she is capable of.

Your support can help her continue this journey and make her story possible. ✨

We did it. 🌙
This Eid, food packages reached all our 70 students and their families.

We could not have done this without you, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this possible and brought relief and comfort to so many homes.

Your kindness reached real children, real families, and real homes during a difficult time.

Thank you for standing with them.

These smiles are worth celebrating. ❤️

For the children in our From the Streets to Classrooms program, school has become more than a place to learn. It is a place to grow, feel safe, make friends, and experience childhood the way it should be.

This Children’s Day, we celebrate how far they have come and the opportunities that every child deserves. ✨

Happy Children’s Day. ❤️
