We are looking for 2–3 players to help complete our Juniors Baseball team for the upcoming season!

If you have a player who is interested in joining a great group of kids and getting out on the field, we’d love to hear from you!

📣 STAFFORD LITTLE LEAGUE: 2027 BOARD ELECTIONS & GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING 📣
It is time to shape the future of Stafford Little League! We invite all eligible members to join us for our upcoming General Membership Meeting and Board Elections.
📅 Date: Monday, October 5, 2026
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM elections; Board meeting to follow
📍 Location: Staffordville School

🗳️ BOARD NOMINATIONS
* Deadline: Must be emailed and/or accepted by September 24, 2026, at Noon (EST).
* How to Nominate: Send nominations to [email protected].
* Nominating Someone Else? Please CC the nominee in the email. The nominee must reply accepting the nomination by Noon on 9/24/26.
* Multiple Positions: Nominees can run for multiple positions, but can only accept one position pending the outcome of the vote. If a winning nominee declines an additional spot, the candidate with the next greatest amount of votes will be given the position. If there are no other nominees, the board will appoint the position.

* President
* VP of Baseball
* VP of Softball
* Secretary
* Treasurer
* Player Agent
* Safety Officer
* Facilities Coordinator
* League Information Officer
* Coaching Coordinator Baseball
* Coaching Coordinator Softball
* Sponsorship and Fundraising Coordinator
* Concessions Manager
* Marketing / Public Relations
* Equipment Manager
👥 WHO CAN VOTE?
* Regular Members: Only Regular Members in good standing are entitled to attend, make motions, and vote. (The Board may also invite guests for presentations/comments).
* Parents / Guardians: One parent or legal guardian of each registered player who has satisfied current-year requirements is eligible to vote (regardless of whether they completed the Little League Official Application, background check, and abuse awareness training).
* Household Limit: There is a maximum of two parent members allowed per household.
📝 ABSENTEE BALLOTS
Can't make it to the meeting? You can request an absentee ballot!
* Request Deadline: October 4, 2026
Email requests to [email protected]. Ballots will begin going out on September 26, 2026.
* Return Deadline: Ballots must be properly completed, signed, and returned in a sealed envelope to the Secretary by Noon on October 5, 2026.

Time is running out to sign up this weekend's golf tournament fundraiser for the little league. Come on out and have some fun while supporting a good cause. Try and win some raffles while you're at it. Weather is projected to be beautiful 80 and sunny! Don't miss out. Still opportunities for any businesses that want to sponsor as well!

It's golf tournament week. We still spots for golfers and sponsors for any last minute people that want to participate or support the Stafford Little League. We have a lot of great raffles planned.

Raffles prizes include:
4 tickets to a Yardgoats game
4 ticktes to a Woo Sox game
4 tickets to a Wolfpack game
4 passes to Old Strubridge Village
Tree House Brewery gift bag
2 donated gift bags from little league members
Golf bag
Range finder and more

We have longest range, closest to the pin, and putting competitions planned. Food will be provided by Backroads BBQ. If you still want to participate in the tournament or become a tournament sponsor, the link in the flyer is still active. You can also mail a check to the following address:
