Reminder: Below is the link for the Annual Project Report form. An APR form must be turned in for EACH project a 4H'r participated in. Forms are due by June 15th. APR forms must be turned in for a student to be eligible to participate in Springville 4H next year.

The website to find the annual project report form is below. 4H'rs must complete 1 APR form for each project in order to be eligible to sign up for 4h next year! APR forms are due to Megan Hyder or Elizabeth Bowser no later than June 15.
