“Chocolate – it’s not just for breakfast anymore!”

For the third year in a row, Richcroft headed to Hersheypark for one of our favorite traditions of the year - and what an incredible day it was!

This special tradition began with a simple dream. Micah, who is supported by Richcroft, always wanted to visit Hersheypark and shared that dream with our CEO, Kevin Drumheller. Kevin's response was simple: if we're going, we're bringing the whole Richcroft family! And just like that, an amazing tradition was born.

One of the things that makes this day so special is that everyone can experience Hersheypark in the way that makes them happiest. Some adventurous riders took on the biggest roller coasters, sitting proudly in the front seat. Others enjoyed the boardwalk games, the merry-go-round, the Twizzler, Chocolate World, air-conditioned shows, or a relaxing cruise down the lazy river. No matter how someone chose to spend the day, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Perhaps the most inspiring part of the day was witnessing the dedication of our incredible Direct Support Professionals. Their kindness, patience, and commitment help ensure that everyone is safe, supported, and having the best day! They are the heart❤️of experiences like these, and we are so grateful for all they do.
Speaking of heart, a huge shout out goes to office manager Deb Grove – whose planning makes this whole day possible.

THIS IS Richcroft, Inc. - Step by Step, We're Moving Together!

At Richcroft, we're not just supporting healthy lifestyles - we're having a blast doing it! This summer☀️an incredible 86 Richcroft employees and people we support, have laced up their sneakers and joined the Richcroft Step Challenge 2.0, with one BIG goal in mind: 24 million steps!

Whether it's a power walk, a stroll through the neighborhood, a walk around the office, or an adventure in the community, every step counts as we work together toward this amazing milestone.

A special thank you to HR Generalist, Morgan Grabowski and the Richcroft HR Team for creating opportunities that bring employees and the people we support together in such a meaningful and fun way. Your commitment to health, wellness, and workplace culture helps make Richcroft a place where everyone can thrive.

After months of planning, training, and anticipation, we are THRILLED to celebrate the opening of our newest social enterprise, where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are gaining valuable paid, on-the-job training while serving up delicious food and exceptional customer service!

This week has been filled with smiles, learning, and support from the entire Richcroft, Inc. family. We were honored to welcome several special visitors, along with Richcroft's visionary CEO Kevin Drumheller and CFO Michael Hargest, who proudly holds the title of The Kahlert Café’s very first official customer! Friends, family members, and supporters have also stopped by throughout the week, helping us kick off this exciting new chapter.

And now, we're ready to WELCOME THE COMMUNITY!

The Kahlert Café officially opens to the public on Monday, June 8th!

Richcroft was proud to celebrate the accomplishments of our 2026 National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals - NADSP E-badge Academy graduates, recognizing 19 dedicated Direct Support Professionals and Frontline Supervisors who have achieved nationally recognized credentials through the E-Badge Academy program.

The NADSP E-Badge Academy is more than a certification - it is a professional career pathway that validates the knowledge, skills, and expertise required to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By recognizing on-the-job excellence, the program helps elevate the profession, supports career advancement, and contributes to stronger retention and job satisfaction across our workforce.
