At Richcroft, our mission is to create opportunities and cultivate relationships that enable every person to live their best life - and our Friday Feel Good posts have become one of our favorite ways to show what that looks like! ❤

Week after week, we love sharing the adventures, friendships, experiences, and everyday moments of joy happening in the lives of the people we support. And judging by your reactions, these posts have become a fan favorite for you, too!🎉
We all see ourselves in these everyday moments of life.

None of these moments happen without our incredible staff. Thank you for showing up every day, supporting people in pursuing their interests and dreams, and making sure that a full and meaningful life includes being part of the community, trying new things, having fun, working, and making memories.

Richcroft is excited to celebrate Joe Harter, a talented and prolific local artist who receives Personal Supports from Richcroft and lives in Havre de Grace.

Joe will be showcasing his work at a special art exhibition at The Luckiest Light on Friday, September 4th. This is a wonderful opportunity to see Joe’s creativity on display and celebrate his passion for art.

We hope members of the Richcroft community will stop by, enjoy Joe’s work, and show their support for one of our very own artists.

Congratulations, Joe - we can’t wait to see your artwork in the spotlight!

The early rain did not stop us from enjoying the delicious food, friendly staff and great company at Carrabba's Italian Grill Hunt Valley for our fundraising day today.

Thanks to everyone who has already stopped by to support Richcroft! We had a great lunch crowd and hope to fill the dining room for dinner, so come on out and support us.

Today’s shout-out goes to Stacey Murray, Senior Business Development Coordinator at Point Breeze Credit Union, who stopped by Richcroft, Inc. for a visit.

We had a blast showing Stacey our Dayhab space, Snoezelen Sensory Room, training kitchen and Sports Simulator - it turns out Stacey may just be a bowling pro! 🏆

At Richcroft, community partnerships mean so much more than simply showing up. We could not do all that we do to create opportunities and provide meaningful supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities without the generosity and funding support of our community partners. Their investment helps make programs, experiences and opportunities possible for the people we support every day.

And of course, no visit is complete without a stop at The Kahlert Cafe'. Stacey certainly looks ready for work in her cute blue Coffee ❤ Inclusion hat!☕️

At Richcroft, our mission is simple but powerful: To create opportunities and cultivate relationships that enable every person to live their best life.

Being out in the community, trying new things, spending time with friends, having fun, working and volunteering and simply enjoying life - these experiences matter. Community life and living a full life are important for all of us.

THIS IS Richcroft, Inc. -Today, the future of nursing came to Richcroft! 🩺

We were thrilled to welcome nursing students from Towson University for a clinical experience designed to introduce them to an area of nursing many had never considered - supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Richcroft’s Director of Nursing, Dr. Claudia Moon, and Delegating Nurse Case Manager Terri Fuchs gave the students a firsthand look at Richcroft and the important role nurses play in providing high-quality, person-centered care.

The students toured our Day Habilitation space and especially enjoyed experiencing the Snoezelen Sensory Room and sports simulator, along with our training kitchen and artist area and visited people we support. And, of course, no visit to Richcroft would be complete without stopping by The Kahlert Cafe to meet the crew and get a great cup of coffee! ☕️

Under Dr. Moon’s leadership, Richcroft developed its own specialized nursing program to provide advanced, quality care for people with IDD. Today, that program is expanding beyond Richcroft to serve other agencies- while also helping introduce the next generation of nurses to a rewarding career path.

A special thank you to Hayley Mark, Professor in Towson University's Department of Nursing, for bringing the students to Richcroft and for partnering with us to create opportunities for future nurses to learn more about the rewarding career opportunity of working alongside and supporting people with disabilities.❤

THIS IS Richcroft, Inc. - There’s something special about working with companies that want to know more than just the building they serve - they want to know the people and mission inside it.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Maribel Stephens, Vice President of Sales for Metropolitan Maintenance, to Richcroft. Metropolitan Maintenance helps keep our spaces looking their best, and while Maribel came to check in on their services, she also took the time to learn more about the work happening here every day.

From our Snoezelen Sensory Room and Day Habilitation space to the artist kiln and sports simulator, Maribel got a glimpse of the many ways we are creating opportunities for the people we support. She even caught up with Chef Instructor Manny Robinson before heading to The Kahlert Cafe for lunch with Café staff, Director of Operations Dawn Welsh and Development Event Planner Dotty Raynor.

Thank you, Maribel, for your partnership, your interest in our mission and, of course, for lunch! We are grateful for community partners who take the time to truly connect with Richcroft and the people we support.

What would you do with only 32 days left of summer?☀️

At Richcroft, the people we support have been making the most of every beautiful day - getting out into the community, trying new things, spending time with friends, celebrating birthdays, enjoying the sunshine, learning to swim, attending sporting events & cooking classes, working and simply having FUN. Behind all these moments are our incredible Direct Support Professionals making great memories happen in the summer of 2026!

As summer flies by, we hope you’re also finding time to enjoy every moment. Thank you to everyone for your support - your generosity and encouragement help make moments, adventures and memories like these possible for the people we support and serve. ❤
