The Union Hall Association will be the featured charity partner for a ten-day charitable gaming run at Revo Casino and Social House in Conway, New Hampshire, from Friday, September 18 through Monday, September 28, 2026. Community members are invited to visit the casino during the run, knowing their participation directly supports the preservation of a historic community gathering space in South Tamworth.

Under New Hampshire's charitable gaming program, a portion of casino revenues during the run is donated to the featured nonprofit, giving organizations like the Union Hall Association a meaningful way to raise funds while the community enjoys an evening of gaming, dining, and entertainment.

The re-energized Union Hall Association is raising funds to make improvements so the building can continue to enrich South Tamworth and the surrounding community for years to come. As those funds support the long-term security of the structure, Union Hall is once again hosting craft fairs, rummage sales, concerts, dinners, and senior lunches, and is available to rent for group gatherings. Union Hall is also home to a treasured piece of local history: a stage curtain painted in 1932 by Marion Fracher, featuring an iconic view of Mount Chocorua alongside advertisements from local businesses of the era. The association welcomes visitors to come see it firsthand.

Mountain Top Music Center's summer chamber music class will play a short concert of classical pieces at Union Hall in Tamworth on Sunday, August 9 at 4 PM: some Mozart, a piece by Alan Hovahness and more. The group is led by Tamworth's Chris Nourse, and includes Kristen Dunn, Jim Diamond and Kate Vachon, all from Tamworth, plus Judy English, organist at the Community Church of Sandwich. Come hear your friends and neighbors perform!
The concert will be on the first floor of Union Hall, which is now air conditioned. :-) There's no admission charge, but donations to our host, the Union Hall Association, are welcome. The Association will provide light refreshments after the concert.
