Since 2008, Otto Bremer Trust has been a steadfast steward of Neighbors, Inc., supporting programs and services that help our neighbors thrive. Their continued investment has helped us expand our impact, including the growth of our Financial Empowerment Center and its holistic approach to addressing the challenges that can accompany food insecurity and financial hardship.
Last year, Otto Bremer Trust increased its annual support to $150,000, including a $50,000 matching challenge that inspired new donors and returning supporters who increased their giving. Thanks to the generosity of our community, that challenge was fully met during our End-of-Year Campaign.
We are excited to share that Otto Bremer Trust has once again increased its investment in Neighbors, Inc. with a generous $200,000 gift. This extraordinary commitment includes $100,000 in direct support of our Financial Empowerment Center and providing financial literacy and wrap-around services for our neighbors, as well as a $100,000 matching challenge that invites our community to double its impact.
Through this new challenge, gifts from first-time donors and those who increase their giving from the previous fiscal year can be matched, helping turn individual generosity into an even greater investment in our neighbors.
