Hammies on a Sunday ride 17 years ago.

Over the years, we've celebrated finish lines, supported each other through challenges, and formed friendships that have lasted far beyond race day. From first-timers to seasoned athletes, we've always believed there is a place for everyone here.

Our story is still being written, and we're looking forward to welcoming the next generation of athletes, volunteers, supporters, and friends.

Whether you're training for your first sprint triathlon, chasing a new personal best, or simply looking for a supportive community, there's a lane, a ride, and a seat at the table for you.

South Florida cyclists will get together this Wednesday in honor of those who have been injured or killed while riding in public roadways. The Ride of Silence will start at Crandon Park Marina on May 20. Arrive by 6:30PM. Ride starts at 7:00PM.

Epic for our Hammie Doug, who finished 5 weeks trekking the Himalayas in Nepal, including two weeks at Everest Base Camp for the climbing season. Doug explained the route had been closed for safety at top of Khumbu icefall so he was limited to just access below camp one at 20,000 ft. What an accomplishment! Congrats Doug. Your triathlon training has prepared you well. Endurance has no altitude limit for this Hammie!
