Don't let your teen miss their chance to take center stage this summer! We are officially down to the final few spots available for LyricKids Session 3, running July 20-31, 2026. This two-week intensive for ages 13-16 is the ultimate theatrical experience where campers build confidence and teamwork while rehearsing and performing the musical 13 JR. The hills are alive again with The Sound of Music In Concert at the von Trapp Family Lodge Concert Meadow! After a sold-out run in 2024, we’re returning to the Green Mountain hills to bring Rodgers & Hammerstein’s legendary music to where it was destined to be heard. These performances of The Sound of Music In Concert are brought to you by Lyric Theatre Company and the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, and are produced in partnership with von Trapp Family Lodge and Resort, and The Flynn. We also want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who came out to audition and the volunteers who supported the audition process. You can catch Pigeon’s hilarious antics at various venues from June 25-28. While tickets for this production are FREE, reservations are required as space is limited. Applications are now officially OPEN for the 2026 Delano-Nulty Scholarship Award! For over 50 years, Lyric Theatre Company has been an integral part of our vibrant arts community, fostering creativity, talent, and a lifelong appreciation for the performing arts. In continued support of emerging artists, Lyric proudly awards a $2,000 scholarship each year to a graduating high school senior who plans to pursue higher education in the performing arts.

The Delano-Nulty Award honors two of Lyric’s founding members, Howard Delano and Polly Nulty, whose passion, dedication, and vision helped shape the organization’s legacy. This scholarship reflects their enduring commitment to artistic excellence and arts education. The Delano-Nulty Award is available exclusively to students who intend to major in the performing arts at an accredited college or university. Through this award, Lyric Theatre Company seeks to encourage and support the next generation of performers, creators, and arts leaders.
