After the Mexican Revolution of 1910, Mexican immigrants flooded into the U.S., introducing to American culture the recreational use of ma*****na. The drug became associated with the immigrants, and the fear and prejudice about the Spanish-speaking newcomers became associated with ma*****na. Anti-drug campaigners warned against the encroaching "Ma*****na Menace," and terrible crimes were attributed to ma*****na and the Mexicans who used it.

E-cigarettes and v**es contain ni****ne and lithium batteries. Ni****ne toxicity is harmful to both people and the environment. Lithium batteries can be damaged and cause fires.

They are considered e-waste and should be recycled as such. Coordinate safe disposal with waste management and collection days in your county. Hold onto v**es for proper disposal if you unable to take them in right away.
