BLOOMINGTON—LOOK WHAT YOU DID! ❤️
In less than 48 hours, this community answered the call.
Together, we collected and purchased pallets of water, diapers, wipes, food, paper products, cleaning supplies, hygiene items and other essential goods for our fellow Hoosiers affected by the flooding.
On top of every item donated, you entrusted us with $2,500 in cash donations, which was immediately turned into additional supplies for the families who need them.
None of this happens without the people who donated, shared our posts, volunteered their time and helped us organize and load every pallet.
A huge thank-you to R&W Transport for providing the truck and transportation, Sam’s Club Bloomington for welcoming this effort into their parking lot, and Fowler Pumpkin Patch for leading the charge on the logistics of transport and receiving and then being there from the time the doors opened to the final click of locking the trailer up. We’d go to battle with you guys anytime!
An idea became a plan.
A plan became action.
And action became a trailer loaded with love from Bloomington and the surrounding communities.
These are our people. This is what Hoosiers do.
