Hi, I’m Bruce!
I am so soft and big. I’m 92 pounds can you believe it?!? And wouldn’t you know, everywhere I go, everyone wants to take pictures with me. It’s pretty awesome. Once I spend time with folks, I hardly ever say no to a full body massage. They are my favorite. Truth be told, I even put my paws on people and ask for more when they stop too soon. When I do that, everyone laughs and loves it as much as I do. Oh yeah, and I do circles and Gallup like a little horse when I hear food getting poured in my bowl. I get so excited! Same as when I get an open field to run, roll & sniff in. I exploring all over. I go hard for a short time, then plop down and enjoy being pet. It’s a good life for me, and yeah, I’m no long distance athlete, but I am a love bug like no other. I’m just waiting for a second chance to enjoy a home to call my own. One filled with caring, patient humans like you and your family. Well, I’ll smile for you later hopefully. Thanks for stopping by and reading about me.

Hello, my name is Morrison (Jim to all my close friends). I am a pointer boxer mix and I’m approximately two years old. I am very affectionate and love to goof off and have fun throughout the day, but I also enjoy my downtime. I am very smart & I know how to listen. I’m learning how to sit, lay down, get on/off, and come. These basic skills will help make our lives easier when you adopt me. I also know to potty outside so you don’t have to worry about accidents inside our home. You also don’t have to worry about me chewing up any of the nice things laying around the house. I can say with certainty, I am a good dog that just wants to give and receive love.

I’m Ori a three month old border collie Rottweiler mix. Currently, I am in the TAILS Rescue Academy learning my basic commands; while exploring my environment. On my off days, I can be found executing my basic commands. I’m kennel trained and I sleep through the night. I am also house trained. In two more months I will be done with my training and will be looking to display my love and knowledge with my forever family.

Hello, my name is Taz and I am a six week old border collie Rottweiler mix. I am a quick study when it’s time to train when it’s playtime I love to play tug. I’m not really a ball chaser. I’m good with being alone in the kennel and I also love to lay with my head in my handler’s lap while they brush and rub my back. I love to meet new people and explore the world.

**ADOPTED**
My name is Maggie Mae. Someone dropped me and nine of my siblings off at a shelter just after we were born. I came to the tails program when I was one week old. The trainers bottle fed 5 of us and took care of us until we were old enough to eat and drink on our own. My siblings went to another rescue except for me. I got lucky and was chosen to stay and get trained.
I am a happy puppy and I love to eat. I am also very sensitive. I like to make new friends, but I don’t like to play rough. I love to eat. I whine and grunt when I get excited. I like to sleep-in in the mornings and did I mention, I love to eat. I am very well behaved. I know a bunch of commands. My trainers tell me I’m pretty, really smart and they tell me they love me every day. I love them too.

Cyrus is a 3 month old Chihuahua mix puppy. We expect him to grow to weigh about 20lbs as an adult dog. Puppy basic training is still at an early stage, so a patient household will be key!
