Boo Bash 2026 was a success! We loved seeing all the kids dressed up in their costumes and having a great time! We handed out tons of candy and toys while sharing information about The Spot in DeKalb County. It was so nice seeing so many families out enjoying our little town!

We had so much fun at DMS STEAM Night! The Spot brought out our prevention wheel and cup stacking challenge, and we loved seeing everyone get involved! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit us. We had a great time!

The Spot in DeKalb County is open today for our normal Wednesday activities!

We have lots of fun things planned for our Fall Party this afternoon! All 6th–12th grade students are welcome!

Today’s Meal: Chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, and sides by Cheryl’s Beau .

Transportation Reminder: If you’re riding Bus #6 or The Spot van, please remember to bring a signed note from your parent or guardian.

Also, for our Bus #6 riders, please be respectful of the bus driver and everyone else riding. We’ve had a few concerns this month, and we just want to make sure everyone has a good and comfortable ride to The Spot!

We can’t wait to see everyone this afternoon from 3:30–5:30 p.m.!

Hey Spot students! Tomorrow is our fall party! If you want to bring your Halloween costume, feel free! We won’t be doing a costume contest this year, but we’re still going to have a great time!

Don’t forget to bring your signed transportation note if you’re riding the van or bus to The Spot! Can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow!

The Spot in DeKalb County had a blast at the DeKalb County High School Parent Engagement and Open House! We loved getting to meet new people, having some great conversations, and of course seeing all the fun costumes! We had such a good time and appreciate getting to be a part of it!

We had such a great time at DeKalb Middle School’s Trunk or Treat!

It was fun getting to decorate the trunk with our student staff. They jumped right in, started coming up with ideas, and made it all come together! I love seeing them work together and have fun doing it.

Thanks to everyone who helped put this event together and brought everyone out for a fun night!

And to top it off, The Spot in DeKalb won BEST TRUNK!
