⚓🇺🇸 Happy 251st Birthday to the United States Navy!

Today, October 13, we celebrate 251 years of courage, service, and sacrifice.

On this special occasion, we would also like to honor our own namesake, Seaman Second Class Walter Joseph Paciga, who served aboard the USS West Virginia and made the ultimate sacrifice at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

His name lives on through Walter Paciga VFW Post 4712, and his story remains an important part of our community’s history.

Happy Birthday, U.S. Navy! Fair winds and following seas. ⚓🇺🇸
