The Cacique's Crown of Honour was awarded to Winslow G. Carrington and our goal is to have him recognized posthumously with the nation's award of excellence. Hammie got the excellence award, so we will be appealing to President Granger to grant WG Carrington with that award on the 50th anniversary of Guyana's Independence.
