Last Friday, the National Capital Region campus celebrated another incredible group of graduates, and we couldn’t be more proud of what they accomplished. 🎓

Over the past 15 weeks, these learners have invested countless hours developing new technical skills, building confidence, and preparing for careers that will change not only their lives, but the lives of their families.

Per Scholas National Capital Region is honored to announce that Attorney Dionna Maria Lewis, http://Esq., Founder of District Legal Group, PLLC, the largest black-owned law firm in the District of Columbia, will serve as the Keynote Speaker for our upcoming Per Scholas National Capital Region Graduation Ceremony. A nationally recognized employment and civil rights attorney, public servant, and advocate for justice, Attorney Lewis has built an extraordinary career championing equity, leadership, and opportunity. From making history as the youngest Commissioner on the DC Board of Elections to serving as Chair of the DC Office of Employee Appeals, her commitment to creating pathways for others mirrors the mission of Per Scholas. We are excited for our graduates to hear her inspiring story of perseverance, purpose, and impact as they embark on the next chapter of their own careers.
