The Capitol View Park (CVP) is located in Silver Spring Maryland between Kensington and Forest Glen. CVP contains about 350 homes and is nestled between the B&O railroad tracks to the west and a stream to the east which forms our natural boundaries. CVP was the first historic district in Montgomery County and we have an extremely interesting history. Metropolitan Avenue turns into Capitol View Ave

Tomorrow is Bugapalooza 2026, a family-friendly and free event at the National Museum of Health and Medicine – just five minutes away in Silver Spring! 🐞🦟🪲

There will be hands-on activities, live bugs, and cool things to learn for all ages! Plus CVP’s own Betsy Tebow will be at the information booth! 💁🏻‍♀️
