Cradle of Hope Adoption Center is a non-profit adoption agency founded in 1990 by adoptive parents and is licensed in MD, VA, and DC.

Cradle of Hope Adoption Center is a non-profit, Hague accredited adoption agency founded in 1990 by adoptive parents, licensed in MD, VA, and DC. Cradle of Hope has had a successful, well established adoption program in China since 1994. We have a number of waiting children with special needs, who are ready and waiting to be matched with prospective families. We also organize a hosting program for

Chinese children called Bridge of Hope where Chinese orphans visit the US and live with prospective families for two to three weeks in July and January each year. We provide home study services to Maryland, Virginia, and DC families for both domestic and international adoptions, regardless of whether they are adopting through our placement programs or other agencies and attorneys.
