Positive Outcome Mentoring and Dance, Incorporated is a nonprofit organization located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The program was started by a Washington Redskins Cheerleader to positively impact the physical, social and mental outcomes of girls from every economic background. ✨ P.O.M. Family spotted in the Wild! ✨

While summer vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard, some of our P.O.M. girls had the sweetest surprise — meeting Dance Moms alum Nia Sioux (Nia Sioux) at her book signing! 💕📚

So happy we had the opportunity to meet this beautiful soul and support her newest book, Bottom of the Pyramid. It’s always special for our young dancers to meet women who have grown up in the dance world and continue to shine beyond the stage. 💃🏾✨ Nia and her family were so kind! Dr. Holly Hatcher-Frazier

✨ Ode to the 90s ✨

What a day! 💖💛

Yesterday, our dancers took the stage and brought the 90s to life with confidence, energy, teamwork, and so much joy.

Thank you to our incredible coaches, volunteers, parents, alumni, and supporters who helped make this showcase such a success. It truly takes a village, and yesterday was a beautiful reminder of the amazing community we’ve built together.

As we close out P.O.M.’s 12th season, our hearts are full. 💕 Here’s to the memories we made, the friendships we strengthened, and the magic that happens when kids are given a stage and a chance to believe in themselves.
