The program was started by a Washington Redskins Cheerleader to positively impact the physical, social and mental outcomes of girls from every economic background. Had them do this little mentoring exercise from .chelsea.pierotti where they had to rank the following words to find out what our team values are: winning, trust, hard work, consistency, creativity, and fun

Good to know they all value having fun and working hard over winning first! I think it will be a great season ❤️
