We are beyond excited to announce that Prince George County Schools will be joining us for the 2023-24 School Year! This is a major milestone achieved through the hard work of our partners and supporters. We are so thankful for their dedication and commitment to this project!

This is the perfect example of how hard work, dedication, and perseverance can pay off - even when a door closes, there's always another way forward. We're looking forward to an exciting future with Prince George County Schools and cannot wait to see what comes next!

It is easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of life and not take a moment to appreciate the good moments and learn from the bad. But it is just as important to be grateful for every experience, positive or negative. Life is made up of highs and lows, successes and failures, victories and defeats. Each one of these experiences builds character and teaches us something new. Learning to appreciate and reflect on our life’s wins and losses allows us to become stronger individuals. It also serves as a reminder that no matter what comes our way, we can handle it with grace. Being thankful for the highs and lows in life is essential for personal growth and resilience. So take a step back and be grateful for all of the moments in your journey.

It is important to recognize the impact that both positive and negative experiences have on our lives, and be thankful for them. By learning from our mistakes and celebrating our successes, we can use these experiences as stepping stones along our journey through life. Instead of focusing on the negatives, take time to appreciate all of the moments that you have experienced.

Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to join our SportsFit program at Forest Knolls Elementary School; Monday and Thursday, 5:00pm to 7:00pm!

We have only four weeks left in the program and still have space available for more young people to take part. Through our partnership with Montgomery County Collaboration Council, we are able to provide this summer fitness initiative completely free of charge. Our program focuses on promoting physical, mental, emotional and social well-being in a fun and engaging way.
