🔊 In Session DMV: Music, Movement, and Community Call-In
Washington DC, the heart and soul of a nation, has long been a melting pot for culture, creativity, and community. Its music and dance have told the tales of generations, uniting people from the corners of DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This tradition of unity and expression continues in the dynamic collaboration between The Owl Room and Urban Artistry Inc.
Every Sunday night, as the weekend fades and a new week beckons, we call our community together for an evening dedicated to the beat of our collective heart.
We believe in starting the week on a powerful, positive note, surrounded by those who share the same rhythm.
DJ: We are inviting some of the best from the DMV to set the decks on fire. Skill on those decks is non-negotiable; we are calling you in to greatness!
We are continuing strong!! Calling in Michael Malapit, DJ Oji, and Michael Joyner 🔥
Dancers: We're calling in the region's finest to bless our floors with their moves. We have also asked a few international guests to come thru and trust when I say prepare to be inspired.
Bartenders: Drinks? We've got you. Get ready for unique concoctions curated by some of the best mixologists around. And for those who do not drink the Owl Room’s alcohol newly expanded NA selection including Liquid Death still & sparkling water, Red Bull, Yerba Mate as well as nitro canned mocktails featuring alcohol free versions of some of the classics - Cosmopolitan, Sangria, Moscow Mule, Margarita, Espresso Martini as well as spirit free Gin & Tequila alternatives.
This is more than just a night out. It's a call-in to the heartbeat of our community. A celebration of the vibrancy of DMV's artists and the passionate souls that cherish them. It's a reminder that no matter the hustle and bustle of the week ahead, we are, and always will be, in session.
Mark your calendars. Spread the word. Bring your friends, your energy, and your love for the music. Let's dance, laugh, and start our week together with an unforgettable night.
And remember: Community isn't just where we live; it's how we live.
