Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,

Dear DMV OIC Family,

Last night’s Iftar Fundraiser was truly incredible! We came together as a community, united in faith and generosity, and raised over $86,000—Alhamdulillah! Many of these are pledges, and we will be reaching out to community members to facilitate collections before Ramadan ends so we can all secure the rewards of Sadaqah Jariyah in this blessed month.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, attended, and supported this cause. Special appreciation to our dedicated Sisters’ Group, our youth, event organizers, committee members and volunteers—your tireless efforts made this possible. A special thank you to Shehk Khalid Omar for his inspiring words and leadership.

This achievement is a testament to the strength of our community and our shared commitment to building and sustaining our masjid. May Allah accept from all of us and multiply your rewards. 🤲🏽
