Together We Bloom is Seeking a Volunteer Executive Director!

Are you passionate about strengthening communities and promoting positive mental health? Together We Bloom, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and visionary Volunteer Executive Director to help lead our organization into its next chapter.

As Executive Director, you will work alongside our Board of Directors to provide leadership, oversee organizational operations, support fundraising and grant initiatives, build community partnerships, and help ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic planning, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide organizational leadership and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to implement and review our strategic plan.
- Foster relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- Support fundraising efforts, grant implementation, and organizational development.
- Oversee programs and initiatives while empowering volunteers and committee members.
- Serve as an ambassador for Together We Bloom throughout the community.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for community mental health and nonprofit work.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, fundraising, or community engagement is preferred but not required.
A collaborative leader who enjoys building relationships and empowering others.

Compensation:
This is a volunteer, unpaid position. However, as our organization continues to grow, stipends may be available for specific projects or programming when grant funding allows.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Together We Bloom while creating lasting, meaningful change in our community.

June is men's mental health awareness month, and our Forge program continues to provide unique and free opportunities for men to connect.

Whether you have or have never attended one of our programs, or are looking for an hour to yourself this weekend- this session is for you.

You will not want to miss this once in a lifetime opportunity. Our session takes place at NEIGH in Bemus Point.

This session combines personal growth, self-discovery, and connection through guided interactions with horses.

No horse experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn, reflect, and grow alongside other men in a supportive environment.
