Light the Path’s vision is to boost morale of those suffering daily from adversity and hardship. I will be wood burning small encouraging signs, glow in the dark bracelets, key chains, bookmarks, and necklaces that I will give away free in batches to children hospitals, burn centers, rehabilitation centers, military troops overseas, orphanages, etc. These items will hopefully be a daily reminder t

o the recipients to stay positive and maintain their faith. I will include small encouraging cards with each item sent in hopes to bring some light to someone who is dealing with a difficult time in their life. Light the Path's name and purpose was inspired by Matthew 5:15 – 16 "You are the light of the world. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

This is just one of the cute bookmarks packaged this past week handmade to spread cheer to a child.

📦 401 handmade bookmarks, keychains, and bracelets are being sent out to two cancer support groups and a men's addiction program tomorrow.

I have been cutting down on social media ✂️ (which is amazing by the way 😉 highly recommend)...but I promise Light the Path is still spreading smiles. Just last weekend we handed out over 75 gifts to the local community.

📦 Another children's package is in the works for kids going through a rough season in life.

Following that will be a package for a cancer support group.

🕯 Thank you to everyone who helps creates/donates, shares, supports us in anyway. You make this possible.

📦 Large package with over 300 handmade gifts being sent to Big Oak Ranch in Alabama tomorrow.

"Since 1974, Big Oak has been called to meet the needs of over 2,000 children who have come to us from all across the United States and from various backgrounds and unique circumstances. While they are all different, they have in common a past full of heartbreak and difficulty.

Most have never known unconditional love or the stability of a true home. Their lives were too often filled with fear, pain and uncertainty. Everything changes when they join our family.

We provide them with a safe, loving home and point them toward the true source of Hope, healing and restoration, which becomes their new common ground."

Hoping these small items will make these kids feel special in a big way. 🙏 💛
