Meet Charlotte, a 10-month-old sweetheart whose forecast is calling for unlimited love with a very high probability of stealing your heart. ☀️❤️

🌡️ CURRENT TEMPERATURE:

Warm & snuggly with occasional bursts of puppy happiness.

Charlotte is cuddly, gentle, sweet, and absolutely LOVES affection. She also really enjoys the companionship of another dog and would be thrilled to have a canine buddy to share her days with. 🐕💕

⛈️ PREVIOUS CONDITIONS:

Unfortunately, Charlotte has already weathered a storm no puppy should have to face.

She was dumped in the woods. 💔

And somehow, after humans failed her so terribly, Charlotte came out the other side still believing in us. She still seeks out a hand for pets. She still wants to cuddle close. She still looks to people for love.

Her heart didn’t turn cold. ❤️‍🩹

💕 MEET LOLA 💕

Lola is a 6-year-old spayed Dane/Hound mix who is basically the total package wrapped up in one big, lovable girl. ❤️ If you’re looking for a dog who already understands the whole “living in a house and being a good girl” thing… Lola would like to submit her application. 🥹🐾

Lola is seriously SUCH a good dog.

🏡 House trained
🐾 Walks beautifully on a leash
🏠 Goes into her crate when asked
🌙 Sleeps through the night
🐶 Has gotten along wonderfully with other dogs
🛋️ And is completely content lounging around with her people all day

Now, about that sleeping situation…

Lola politely accepts sleeping on the floor at night, but she would like it officially documented that she believes the bed is where she belongs. 😂

And this girl appreciates COMFORT. If given the choice between a cold, hard floor and a single sock lying on the ground… Lola will sit directly on the sock. Because obviously the sock is basically a Tempur-Pedic. 🤣

She does have a couple of quirks. Lola has been known to counter surf because apparently she feels it is her responsibility to inspect anything left unattended. 👀 She also has some separation anxiety. When her people leave, she may bark and protest at the door if she isn’t crated, but she does eventually settle. Her crate helps her feel more secure when she’s home alone.

But underneath those little quirks is a dog who simply really, really loves being with her people. ❤️

At 6 years old, Lola is past the wild puppy stage and ready for the good life. She isn’t asking for anything extravagant…

A soft place to land.
A family to love.
Maybe a spot in your bed… 👀
And preferably a home where socks aren’t the most luxurious seating option available. 😂

She has already learned how to be a wonderful companion.

Now she just needs someone to give her the one thing she can’t learn — the security of knowing she’s finally HOME. 🥹❤️

🎉 ADOPTION ANNOUNCEMENT: BUMPER! 🎉

Sometimes, dogs get posted and wait patiently for their forever family to find them. And sometimes… their perfect family finds them without the dog ever needing to make it to a single adoption post. ❤️

That’s exactly what happened with our sweet, special-needs, blind Bumper girl. 🥹💕

Bumper went into foster care, and before we even had the chance to officially introduce her to the world, a previous adopter saw her and knew immediately that Bumper was meant to be part of their family.

And honestly? We couldn’t be happier. 🥰

We couldn’t have dreamed up a better future for this special girl. There is something extra heartwarming about watching a dog go from needing a chance to finding a family who already knows exactly what it means to love a rescue dog. 🐾❤️

Thank you for adopting again and giving Bumper the forever home she deserves! We are so incredibly grateful that she gets to spend her life surrounded by people who saw her beautiful heart and knew she belonged with them.

Now go give that fluffy girl a BIG squeeze from us! 🤗🐾

💔 BELLE ISN’T EVEN A YEAR OLD—AND SHE’S ALREADY LOST HER HOME TWICE. 💔

Belle came to us as a puppy, was adopted, and thought she had finally found her forever family.

But life changed, and she was returned to us.

Belle doesn’t understand why the home she loved disappeared. She only knows that she loved a family—and then suddenly, everything was gone.

Now she waits.

And waits.

And watches other dogs get chosen.

Belle is still just a baby, but she has already experienced more uncertainty than any dog should.

She is friendly, affectionate, loves kiddos, and LOVES to play. She has also made amazing progress with her house manners while working with our trainer.

She would thrive with an active family and a canine companion who can match her playful, sometimes rough-and-tumble puppy energy.

But Belle isn’t asking for perfection.

She’s asking for permanence.

She needs a family willing to give her time to settle in:

A minute to breathe.

A minute to learn the smells.

A minute to learn the routine.

A minute to realize…

🖤 MEET BENSON — 50% GREAT DANE, 50% GOOFBALL, 100% GOOD BOY 🖤

Benson is a 5-month-old neutered Dane mix who is currently accepting applications for a very important position: his forever family. 🏡❤️

His qualifications include:

🐾 Professional zoomie specialist
🐾 Expert in making other dogs his new BFF
🐾 Cat friendly — because apparently everyone is invited to Benson’s party
🐾 Highly skilled in looking ridiculously handsome while doing ridiculously goofy things
🐾 Loves BIG and plays even BIGGER
🐾 Still a puppy, so occasional questionable life choices should be expected 😂

Benson LOVES other dogs and would be absolutely thrilled to have a canine buddy who appreciates his enthusiasm for wrestling, chasing, bouncing, and whatever other games Benson invents along the way. His long Dane legs may not always communicate with the rest of his body, but honestly… that’s part of his charm. 🤣

He’s energetic, affectionate, playful, and at that perfect age where he’s ready to grow up with a family of his very own. And considering he’s a Dane mix, we should probably mention that he may eventually become approximately the size of a small loveseat with legs. 😂

🚨 PAWS & PURPOSE FAMILY — WE DESPERATELY NEED YOU. 🚨

We are about to take on an endeavor bigger than anything we have faced before, and we cannot do it alone.

We have become involved in a devastating hoarding situation involving approximately 20+ dogs still needing help. 💔

We have already brought FOUR dogs into our care, and we are preparing to take more. These dogs need medical care, proper nutrition, socialization, patience, safety, and most importantly… people willing to fight for them.

At this time, we cannot go into great detail about the circumstances surrounding this case. What we can say is that we are deeply saddened by what these dogs have endured and by the way this situation is being handled.

But right now, our anger and heartbreak have to become ACTION.

Please. If you have room for ONE DOG, the time is now. There are approximately 20 dogs remaining who desperately need somewhere safe to land. If multiple rescues each take just one, together we can change the outcome for every single one of them.

🐾❤️ HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY! ❤️🐾

Today is all about celebrating the dogs who make our lives louder, messier, happier, and so much more complete. 🐶

At Paws and Purpose Rescue, National Dog Day means a little something extra to us. We think about the dogs who have already found their forever families, the ones curled up safely in foster homes waiting for their turn, and the ones we haven’t even met yet… the ones who will need us tomorrow. ❤️

Every dog deserves to know what it feels like to be safe, wanted, loved, and HOME.

And every single person who fosters, adopts, donates, transports, shares our posts, volunteers, or simply cheers us on helps make that possible. 🐾

So today, give your dog an extra treat, an extra belly rub, or maybe even let them steal your spot on the couch. 😉 They deserve to be celebrated!

Hi all, I'm Hannah Montana! 💓
I am such a sweet gal who is very smart and I catch on easily to new routines. I love playing out in the grass and romping with my fur friends or crashing in the house on a big fluffy bed. I can go with the flow whatever your day holds.
I wasn't dealt the best cards in my young life and am now looking for my furever family which I know is out there waiting for me to fill their life with lots of kisses and the best cuddles you will ever find. The tables have turned big time and I am learning what life has to offer and I am gonna grab it by all paws!!!
My foster mom loves me and tells me how smart I am. She says she is so impressed with how smart and well behaved I am. I listen well and love every dog I meet. I would be happiest if I could find a furever home with some other fur siblings to show me the ropes. That would help my confidence and I promise to do as they show me.
I am not a barker but I can belt out a beautiful note if I see a kitty cat. 🐾🐈 I have no intention of hurting any of them. I just wanna see what they are all about cause man do they look fun and exciting! 🎉
I can sleep through the night like a good girl but I would prefer a bed partner. 🐾🫶
I am not a prissy gal, I can be just as happy out playing in some mud& puddles, romping with my buddies as I can passing out in a big fluffy bed behaving myself. I am an easy gal to please.
