Shinnston Soccer has gone a long time without a U14 division, but this spring, 17 players brought it back in style as the Neon Narwhals.

Led by two outstanding captains, this group put together an impressive 7-2 season record while finding the back of the net 47 times. More importantly, they showed teamwork, leadership, and a competitive spirit every time they stepped onto the field.

We are proud of everything these players accomplished and grateful for the role they played in helping grow soccer in our community. We wish them the best of luck this fall as they compete for their respective schools or pursue whichever sport they choose.

Congratulations to the U10 Mighty Strawberries on a fantastic season!

These girls finished with an impressive 9-1 record, building on the success they found during the fall season. Their hard work, determination, and growth on the field were evident all season long.

Keep working, keep improving, and most importantly, keep having fun. The future is bright for this group. 🍓⚽️👏

🐍 Huge congratulations to the U10 Vipers for finishing their second consecutive season undefeated with a perfect 13-0 record!

This talented group dominated all season long, outscoring their opponents 88-4 and bringing home the Lorenzen Cup in Summersville. Their hard work, teamwork, and dedication have been incredible to watch, and they’ve earned every bit of their success.

The future is bright for this team. Keep an eye on these young players as they continue to grow and develop… the best may still be ahead of them! ⚽🏆🐍

Spring Soccer Season 2026 went out with a colorful explosion!

The evening kicked off with kickball, tug-of-war, medals, and pizza before dozens of players stormed the U12 field for the first-ever Highlight Fight to close out the season.

What started as a soccer season became something much bigger. New friendships were formed, confidence was built, and countless memories were made along the way.

The Shinnston Soccer Association continues to grow into a tight-knit community that brings families together through the game. To all of our players: thank you for your effort, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm every week. To our parents: thank you for your support, encouragement, and for trusting us with your children.

Your kids are special, and it has been a privilege to watch them learn, grow, and have fun this spring.

Have a great summer, and we’ll see you back on the fields soon! ⚽🎉🌈

TODAY IS THE DAY!!!!

Sunday every Shinnston team will have a home game. Please come and watch where you can! The fields will be busy and crowded. Plan accordingly.

Two divisions took on their parents today, and the old folks managed to defend their turf.

The U12 Watermelons fell to the U40 Walking Wounded, 6-2, before the U40 Cardiac Comebacks completed their season sweep with a 6-4 win over the Neon Narwhals in a rematch.

For one afternoon, the parents turned back the clock, the kids got a reminder that experience still counts, and everyone left with a few more laughs than goals.

Just one more day of Shinnston Soccer remains. After that, the fields belong to the geese for the summer. 🦢⚽️

Massive upset at Shinnston Soccer!

For the first time ever, a combined team of Vipers and Orange Peels took down the parents with a final score of Kids 9 — Parents 6! The parents’ undefeated streak is officially over.

The kids brought the energy, the teamwork, and apparently much younger legs. History was made last night! ⚽🐍🍊
