Fall ball is officially underway and we’d love your help making the concession stand a success! 🙌

If you didn’t get a chance to fulfill your volunteer time in the spring, or if you simply feel like giving a little of your time to support the league, now is a great opportunity to jump in!

Every volunteer makes a difference, and it takes all of us working together to make the season great for our players and families. The more helping hands we can get, the more often the concession can be open!

A huge thank you to Keith Currance and Warren Cogel for spending their Sunday working on on our t-ball fields. We truly appreciate you taking the time to lend a hand and help keep our league moving forward! ⚾

Jefferson County Little League is now accepting candidates for the 2026–2027 Board of Directors!

Are you passionate about JCLL and interested in helping shape the future of our League? We’d love to hear from you! Board members play an important role in supporting our players and families and helping make JCLL successful year-round.

⚠️ Important: Board service is more than a spring-season commitment. It requires ongoing time, communication, teamwork, and involvement throughout the year, including meetings, events, fundraisers, registration, planning, facility projects, and other League activities.

📝 HOW TO BECOME A CANDIDATE

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Candidate” and include:

• Full name
• Email address and phone number
• A brief statement explaining why you would like to serve and what skills, experience, or perspective you would bring to JCLL
*Your statement will appear on the election ballot.

11:59 PM, September 6, 2026

✅ ELIGIBILITY

Candidates must:
• Be an active, paid JCLL member for 2026
• Be in good standing with the League

📌 GOOD TO KNOW

• Board meetings are typically held the first Sunday of each month, and attendance is expected.
• Candidates run for the Board of Directors as a whole, not for a specific position.
• Board positions and responsibilities are determined after the election.
• Candidates must receive 50% + 1 of the votes to be elected.
• Current Board members must also run for re-election if they wish to continue serving.
• Only active, paid JCLL members may vote.
• Membership closes October 1, 2026.
