Another Fantastic Week of Summer at The Oak!

This week we teamed up with Spooner Summer School for another action-packed week of summer fun and skill-building at The Oak! Our youth dove into so many new experiences and learned some awesome hands-on skills:
• 🎨 Rock painting – turning ordinary stones into creative masterpieces
• 🔥 Poi with LED light balls – building coordination, rhythm, and flow (the safe, glowing version of fire dancing!)
• 🏓 Spikeball – learning the rules, teamwork, and fast-paced gameplay

The afternoons were full of Gaga ball, music sessions, gardening, cooking, and crochet (those pot holders turned out amazing!) and of course Pool – the ever-popular game that had everyone sharpening their aim and strategy

The energy was high, the learning was real, and the smiles were everywhere! It was such a great week watching the kids gain confidence while trying new things.
Next week we’re kicking off more outdoor skill sessions — get ready for fishing, time at Leisure Lake, mountain biking, and more!

Youth grades 6th through 12th, ONE WEEK until registration for The Leadership Adventure closes!! Youth will have the opportunity to zip line, like the video below! The Leadership Adventure is a FREE 3 day (no night) event in July.
