Empowered & Aware: Reality-Based Women's Self-Defense
This isn't about complex martial arts choreography or earning belts. This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop designed for real-world scenarios. Taught by a 20-year Air Force combat veteran, you will learn practical, effective habits to protect yourself and your loved ones.
What Makes This Class Different?
Real-World Tactics: We focus on "reality-based" training. You’ll learn how to recognize red flags, de-escalate situations, and—if necessary—use highly effective physical techniques that work regardless of your size or strength.
Veteran-Led Expertise: Your instructor spent two decades in the U.S. Air Force, including time in combat zones. You are learning directly from someone who understands high-stress situations and knows what actually works when adrenaline kicks in.
Zero Experience Needed: This is 100% beginner-friendly. We create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where every woman can learn at her own pace.
Hands-On Practice: Muscle memory beats theory every time. You won’t just be watching a demonstration; you’ll be safely practicing the moves so they stick.
