Let's talk about our Getting Ahead Program and these amazing Cohort Graduates! Back in March 2026, 11 women from all walks of life graduated from the Getting Ahead cohort program. They completed 20 weeks of hard work, courage, and commitment as they invested in building a more stable and hopeful future for themselves and their families. P.S. Thank you to Oklahoma Baptist University for catering dinner for the graduation ceremony!

Worry, stress, is it paid yet?
Money, drama, What about tomorrow?

Day or night, the struggle, constant fight.

Tired, no sleep, can't remember did I eat?
Awake, pacing, my mind constantly racing.

Everyday, reminded of the battle that I'm facing.

Keep on going, you can't stop, climb that ladder to the top.

Pay your bills, go to work, they don't care how bad you hurt.

Nine to five or on the side, need that paycheck to survive.

My head goes down, but sleep comes slow.
The mental battle takes its toll.

The sun comes up, I sigh in defeat.
The worry, the stress, like life's on repeat.
