Alright racers—no racing for us (and most of the state) this weekend, so let’s hear it…

Where were you the last time gas was this expensive? Were you racing then? How’d you manage it and could you do it the same way now?

If all 30 of our races were at 141 Speedway (190 miles round trip), fuel alone for the hauler at $4.29/gal comes out to about $2,126.

Wouldn’t be surprised at all to see some teams start trimming their schedules.

We’re feeling good 😉😎

🏁 It was a great first night of the season—thanks to all who came out or streamed at home!

⛽️ After fuel issues at practice last Thursday, we were able to resolve the problem (hopefully) and run some solid laps for Plymouth Dirt Track Racing’s season opener!

In heat 3 of 3, we started on the pole, we needed just a little more bite to hang through to the checker, but were able to stick it out and claim 2nd.🥈

Closing the night, we started 11th in the feature. Even with a “wonderful” rut out of turn 2, we were able to turn solid laps, and made it to 8th.

The season is still young, and we’re looking forward to many more great nights ahead!

Expect to see beyond the dirt a lot more this season!☕️ As much as we love racecars, we also enjoy slowing things down...

Expect to see beyond the dirt a lot more this season!

☕️ As much as we love racecars, we also enjoy slowing things down every now and then… totally with a cup of black coffee….....orr maybe an iced latte.

🏁 We’re excited to connect with more of you right here in our local community this race season. That’s why we’re thrilled to be partnering with Cars & Coffee Milwaukee, with meets happening at the end of each summer month along Milwaukee’s lakefront!

You don’t have to drive fast (on the roadway, at least) to appreciate fast cars, and we’re looking forward to brewing up a little dirt track flavor to a few events this summer!

Have you attended a meet before? We looking forward to to seeing you at the lakefront! 🏁
