XENA’S EYE SURGERY IS ABOUT $3,000 — UNTIL WE CAN RAISE IT, SHE NEEDS THESE MEDS 3X A DAY.

This eye gel has been GREAT for Xena, and $45 gets us a 3-pack! 🙏

Xena’s eyes do not produce tears, so she needs this medication throughout the day to keep her eyes lubricated and comfortable.

💔 XENA HAS BEEN WITH US SINCE OCTOBER 16, 2023.

She was rescued from Kerman after being found with a harness embedded into her body. Since then, we have spent thousands of dollars on her medical care, including previous eye surgery, medications, specialists and more.

Xena has also been through a terrible mouth injury caused by her extremely high prey drive. In the past, she tried so desperately to get to a feral cat that she actually pulled teeth out and injured her mouth. 💔

Because of her prey drive and her history, Xena is NOT dog friendly and absolutely needs to be an only pet.

But with PEOPLE? This girl is a HAPPY, LOVING GOOFBALL! 🥹🩷 She loves attention and always seems to have a smile on her face.

After everything she has endured, we will NEVER give up on her.

Bruce was born May 6, 2023. His mama Raven was dumped while pregnant, and Bruce was later adopted as a puppy.

Unfortunately, Bruce eventually came back to us and now struggles with PTSD and fears that he needs help continuing to work through.

But Bruce is a GREAT DOG. 🩷

We needed these ramp steps ASAP, so we went ahead and ORDERED THEM! 🙏🐾

And they’ve ALREADY been put to use! 🥹🩷

We used them for ZEUS and his surgery trip, making it so much easier and safer to get him in and out of the rescue vehicle while he’s recovering.

These steps are going to be used over and over for:

🐾 Vet appointments
🐾 Doggy Day Field Trips & outings
🐾 Adoption events
🐾 Senior dogs
🐾 Dogs with mobility issues

They’re also a HUGE help when I have to make rescue trips alone and can’t safely lift dogs in and out of the vehicles.

We are SO excited to have a wonderful volunteer team coming together TOMORROW to help get some of our rescue dogs OUT of the rescue and into the real world at Woodward Park! 🥰🐕

But we could really use some help covering the cost of making these outings possible.
