Why attend Bible study?

📖 1. To know God better
The more you study Scripture, the more you learn about God’s character, His heart, and His promises.

“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.” — James 4:8

🌱 2. To grow spiritually
God’s Word helps us mature in our faith rather than staying spiritually stagnant.

“Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation.” — 1 Peter 2:2

🛡️ 3. To become stronger when life gets difficult
Knowing Scripture gives you truth to stand on when emotions, circumstances, or fear try to shake you.

“So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty.” — Isaiah 55:11

🤝 4. Because we need other believers
Bible study gives you a place to ask questions, encourage others, pray together, and realize you’re not walking this journey alone.

“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together…” — Hebrews 10:24–25

🔥 5. To deepen your relationship with Jesus
Bible study isn’t about checking a religious box. It’s about pursuing Jesus intentionally and allowing His Word to change you.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105

Psalm 46:1-11 KJV - God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
