John Mulligan, FN US Navy. (Not the July Norcross Service)

The New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery will conduct an Unaccompanied Veteran Service with Military Honors for U.S. Navy Veteran John W. Mulligan, who has no known surviving next of kin.

Members of the public, veterans' organizations, and the local community are invited to attend to ensure this veteran is not laid to rest alone.

Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026

Time: 1:00 PM (Attendees will be asked to join the vehicle procession upon arrival).

Location: New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH

Let us stand together to honor his service.

We ride in honor and remembrance of hero, Frederick M. "Pat" Walor, who served in the Army during World War II, enlisting in 1942 at 18 years old. He served in the 9th Infantry Division, whichwase nicknamed the "Old Reliables." He landed on Utah Beach along France’s Normandy coast just four days after D-Day in June of 1944. Two months later, he received a Purple Heart on his 21st birthday for injuries sustained from German artillery in Belgium."

Mr. Walor went on his Honor Flight New England at the age of 100 in June of 2024. This year, on the anniversary of his passing, we hold our 8th annual bike run to raise money for Honor Flight New England in his memory.
