Coast Valley SATC was founded under the umbrella of Coast Valley Worship Center in July 2004 in Santa Maria, CA. We operate independantly from the Worship Center, however they are a great source of support for the treatment center. Dr. Craig Hamlin, the pastor of Coast Valley Worship Center and retired Deputy Chief of Probation, had a vision of providing substance abuse counseling to those who nee

d it in our communities. He used his experience as a probation officer and his heart of a pastor to make this vision become a reality. In April 2005 Coast Valley SATC expanded it's services to Lompoc.
