Ninja Training Is Brain Training!

NINJA TRAINING ISN'T JUST PHYSICAL. IT'S MENTAL, TOO!

Before completing an obstacle, children often have to figure out HOW to complete it.
Where should I put my feet?
Which hand should I move next?
What could I do differently?
Every challenge creates opportunities to practice focus, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
We're not just teaching children how to move.
We're encouraging them to think.
