At the Good Samaritan Shelter Probation Report and Resource Center (PRRC), we provide addiction counseling to probation-referred clients utilizing evidence-based practices. We offer an MRT treatment format for our addiction treatment groups, Seeking Safety, a trauma-informed treatment group, and the RESET relapse prevention group as a complete offering of vital programs to help our clients along their journeys of success and recovery. In addition to our treatment services, food and meal resources are provided on site to help support clients immediate needs creating a more wholistic and comfortable environment. This is all possible with our effective collaboration with Santa Barbara County Probation and other community-based organizations to promote positive change and reduce recidivism in our communities. This is truly a group effort and we a proud to serve those in need together!

Good Samaritan Shelters Veteran Services department had the honor of being the proud recipient of Santa Maria Elks 1538 Veteran Committees generous donation of $2,500 to help support our veterans in need! As of this month, this valuable partnership has also helped furnish 62 veteran households with Welcome Home Kits for an estimated value of $24,800! These kits provided by the committee contain essential items to help make our newly housed veterans feel more at home! It's partnerships like these that create the community many of our veterans have lost and help assure that their service is honored, supported, and recognized. We are wholeheartedly grateful to be in this together!

Another Road Detox is a six-bed residential detox program for men located in Lompoc CA, offering stays from 30-90 days based on individualized client needs. We provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where clients can reset, stabilize, and begin building a foundation for long term recovery. Through daily groups focused on relapse prevention, trigger management, coping skills, and personal growth, clients gain valuable tools to aid in their recovery process.
Our goal is to guide and support each individual as they work towards a healthier, more stable future on the road to recovery.
