Also, a friendly reminder that the City of Santa Maria requires residents to obtain permits for any garage/yard sales. Permits may be obtained from the Planning Division at 110 S. Pine St. Suite #101, SM. The permit application needs to be submitted to the Planning Division for approval at least 3 business days prior to the sale and can be downloaded here:
