🚒 Joint Training — Station 36 & Station 37 🚒

On Monday, September 28, 2026, Station 36 and Station 37 held a joint training exercise focused on firefighter search and rescue.

The training involved firefighters entering a smoke-filled room to locate and rescue a victim. With the room filled with thick smoke, visibility was extremely limited, making it difficult for firefighters to see and navigate. This type of hands-on training allows our firefighters to practice searching under difficult conditions while improving communication, teamwork, and confidence.

Training like this is an important part of staying prepared for the challenges firefighters may face during an actual emergency and helping keep our firefighters and community safe.

🔥 Stay ready, stay safe! 🚒

This reel is dedicated to our incredible volunteer firefighters at **Station 36**. 🚒❤️

These men and women give so much of their **personal time** to serve and protect their community. They leave their families, jobs, and everyday lives to answer the call when their neighbors need them most.

I put together this video using **AI-generated images** as a small way to honor and recognize the dedication, sacrifice, and commitment of our volunteers.

**Thank you, Station 36, for everything you do for our community.** Your service does not go unnoticed. 🇺🇸🚒

**Proud to serve. Proud to volunteer. Proud to be Station 36.**

Keep our friends at Huntsville Fire Department in your thoughts and prayers with the loss of their past chief Danny Wilson. Danny was a great man and a fantastic Chief. Our own Chief Ryan Clark, served under him for many years in the past. Fly high Chief!!!

Today, we lost a truly good man and a dedicated leader. Chief Danny Wilson passed away this morning, leaving behind a legacy of service, sacrifice, and care for those around him. Please keep his family, friends, fellow firefighters, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him in your thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. This one hits close to home, and it is a heartbreaking loss for so many.

Chief, thank you for your service, your leadership, and the countless lives you touched along the way. Watch over us and keep us safe until we meet again.

Rest easy, Chief. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

We would like to give a huge thank you to our amazing community partners, The Sandy Ridge Ruritans. Tonight they provided a taco bar for our members, as well as our auxiliary. They do so much for our community and its citizens. They are just one of the reasons we live in the best place on earth. If you see them out and about, be sure to tell them thank you for all they do!!!

🚒 **Reflective Address Signs Can Help Us Find You!** 🏠

In an emergency, **every second counts**. Having a clearly visible, reflective address sign can make it much easier for firefighters, EMS, and other emergency responders to locate your home—especially at night or during bad weather.

A house number that is difficult to see can cost valuable time when seconds matter. A reflective address sign helps us quickly identify your home and get the help you need.

📍 **Make sure your address is:**
• Clearly visible from the road
• Large enough to read from a distance
• Reflective for nighttime visibility
• Kept clear of trees, bushes, and other obstructions

**Help us find you when you need us most!** 🚒❤️
