🏋️ Meet our Group Exercise Instructor, Lexi! We asked her why she thinks exercise is important:
"Exercise is important to me not only physically, but mentally as well. I can always count on a workout to boost my mood, clear my mind, and leave me feeling stronger, healthier, and more motivated. One of my favorite parts about teaching class is the community it creates. I love being surrounded by people who encourage each other, celebrate progress, and push one another to be their best. The energy and support in every class make fitness feel fun, empowering, and something to genuinely look forward to."
