Proud to spotlight our very own Head Coach Jacob Rodriguez — a leader shaped by his own time as an athlete and now dedicated to developing the next generation. Coach Jacob Rodriguez is a true product of the sport he now leads.

A standout competitor throughout his wrestling career, Jacob earned recognition as an NHSCA High School All-American, establishing himself among the nation’s elite during his high school years.

His accomplishments include:
• 2x CIF State Placer
• 2x Masters Placer
• Masters Champion
• 3x CIF Champion
• 3x Riverside County Champion

A proud graduate of Canyon Springs High School, Coach Jacob brings a deep understanding of what it takes to compete at the highest levels in California wrestling. His experience, discipline, and championship mindset now fuel his mission to develop the next generation of athletes at Hemet Youth Wrestling Club.

More than a coach, he is a mentor who leads by example—building wrestlers with toughness, skill, and character both on and off the mat.

The Hemet Youth Wrestling Club is officially open for new registrations for all levels!

Whether your athlete is brand new or ready to compete, we welcome boys and girls ages 5–18 to join our growing wrestling family. 💪🤼‍♀️🤼‍♂️

Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Beginners: 5:00–6:30 PM
• Competition Level: 6:30–8:00 PM
