🩺 Nurse Visits: Walk-ins or appointments available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9 AM - 5 PM. Just show up or schedule a time that works for you!

For over 30 years, the Cole Street Youth Clinic has been a lifeline for San Francisco young people, providing accessible, affirming, and life-saving care through a partnership between Huckleberry Youth Programs and the San Francisco Department of Public Health.

We recently learned that the clinic is expected to close this fall due to claims of low utilization of the space. While this decision impacts the Cole Street Youth Clinic, Huckleberry Youth Programs is not closing and remains deeply committed to serving youth across our community.

The loss of this clinic would leave countless young people without trusted care and support during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. We believe our youth deserve better.
